- Updated mod to Stellaris v4.0 'Phoenix'
- Updated mod thumbnail.
- Removed pdxmesh.shader file override since it is no longer necessary to do shader hacks for clouds to work, the base game shaders work just fine now.
- Removed graphical culture override since it is also no longer necessary and caused various issues with fleets and ships being mislabeled as organic whereas it shouldn't.
- Added mod support for Biogenesis ship set ringworlds.
