-removed planetary habitats for real this time

-added city lights to every new texture (which I didn't know I had to do and oh boy did that take a long time), also textures added by original Real Sol Textures mod should have city lights now too, should you settle them with the planetary habitats mod
-added compatibility to planetary habitats
-Planetary diversity should stop overwriting the textures for Reach and Pandora by rerolling their planet classes at game start
-Added new Alpha Centauri and custom Pandora and Polyphemus textures (Polyphemus made by yours truly :D)

-Reach will now retain its texture if it is terraformed into a continental or gaia world

-fixed desert mars texture's oceans being way too blue
