- Fixed an issue with deformation causing building / repairing to stall.

- Changed construction to use new API exposed instead of invisible welders. This should lower sim speed requirements.
- Fixed an inventory issue causing sim speed loss with large ships

- Fixed some more client side MP issues (particles not being removed, targets not being removed. This is a client side only issue)

- Added a MaxNanites tag, so you can control the maximum number of Nanites released by the factory. Just place the tag in the name of block in the following format:

MaxNanites:NNNN where NNNN is a number between 1 and 9999. Please note 0 means no limit.
