Adds a "Distant Origin (Earth)" civic, allowing you to easily designate empires that originated on Earth rather than having to add the human_2 flag in the code. human_2 still works, though, so current games will remain compatible.

Version 1.2:
- Major rework of the Ancient Invaders civic: now called "Contested Homeworld", same basic premise but allows for more flexible situations and RP; also grants general army/morale damage instead of just defense
- Adds many new events for Distant Origin/Contested Homeworld empires
