If you look at the screenshots on this workshop page, in the greenhouse,
the tables are from CS:S, cs_italy tables, and the other metal sump is from EP1/2
However, the author who made this water, says that it doesnt work in csgo unless
r_ drawunderwateroverlay 1 while sv_ cheats 1. It may be whats wrong in your case too, albeit I dont know anything about that source mod.
The overlay effect works like this:
water001_beneath.vmt defines "$underwateroverlay" "patriot\water\water001_underwatereffect"
which references the file water001_underwatereffect
in which the shader is defined.
If you cant get it to work any other way, you could put the materials (IIRC that would overwrite the files in map?) in the right place (/materials/patriot/water/....) and remove the line "$underwateroverlay" (in water001_beneath)
