You can have both.
If you are planning to use an extended range mod for ore detectors you can't use this mod alongside it. Sadly I need the range due to the deeper ores mod more than I need them to spin. I hope this can be fixed in the future.
Please tell me why you added two files to the mod that have no difference from the original files?

If you remove these files from a mod, it will be compatible with other mods, no matter what order the mod is placed in.
Yeah dedicated servers do it the other way around, because that's the way every single other game in existence loads mods. It really is absurd Spengies does it the other way.

Also, don't know if Configurable Parameters (https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2422592854) edits it via script or just overwrites the SBC (haven't had the time to test) but if it does then that would be much more user friendly as it has a menu and doesn't require chat commands.
