Nanite Control Factory - Automated Construction (Not working - Old Version)

- Factory now clears it's inventory when 75 full if possible.
- Fixed an issue with speed settings of nanites. Some weren't obeying their min time setting.

- Added MinTravelTime setting to all functions. Setting this allows you to control the minimum time spent on that function.
- Added a DistanceDivisor. This is the divisor used when determining how long it takes for a nanite to do it's task based on distance. So basically the amount of time required for a nanite to do something is:

max(MinTravelTime, DistanceToTarget / DistanceDivisor)

- Fixed an issue with conveyor resorting.
- Addressed an issue with splits on a station.

- Fixed an issue with the grind area on small grids, as it wasn't grinding angle blocks correctly.
