b42.4 PATCH

disabled bandit rope climbing in b42 due to game crashes

hotfix

[experimental] added stunlock animation speed controlled by sandbox option
also slightly faster player animations when bumped (should also lead to less stunlock)

b41/b42:

bandits after unbarricading will drop planks / metal sheets on the floor and have crowbar or propane torch in their inventory
fixed duplicate weapons in bandits inventory
bandit loot weapons will have a random condition
bandit drainable loot items will have a different amount left

aiming time longer when bandits aim at player

crash fix (b41 / b42)
bandit icons descriptions (b41)

b42:

- adjusted clan health for 42.3 damage model
