- Add support for non-default playable country types to overwritten vanilla component files.
- Fix vanilla oversight that caused AI weights for components to not apply to non-default playable countries such as Kettlings and Prikki.

- Moved all components to main mod. Overwrites submode is still needed for them to actually show in game. This should fix the issues of hidden components appearing if a system scale patch is applied without Overwrites submod.
