Cease and Desist the organized and encouraged stalking by agent representatives of Gabe Newell, The Creative Assembly, and Sega Corporation against my self and any other account holders on the Steam Game Platform.

Cease and Desist your policy of defamation of character labeling someone banned and unable to defend themselves while moderators harangue against the banned to make sure the banned gets hated.

Cease and Desist the constant and continual enablement of the violations of discussion rules specifically in “Piracy”, “Hacking”, and “Cracking” software illegally against its EULA in return for attempts at earning direct profit from the practice.

Cease and desist the promise of “Blocking all communication” to only replace it with the lie by telling the other person they are blocked and yet can open, see, and continue attacks inflamed and encouraged by the actions of Gabe Newell, SEGA, and The Creative Assembly as my prime examples.

I asked nicely, then begged, went through anger, and I surrender, wargames legally it shall be. Thank you for volunteering so many examples breaking every single rule repeatedly for years. I am sorry and will try not to enjoy distributing the thousands of screenshots of repeated reporting across steam ignored violating your own rules and yet supported by your company, things removed without comment or explanation, victims being banned and run off of discussions to gather on other platforms and removing personal direct access to our own data and creations on Steam punishing others in punishing innocents through punishing a contributor.

Personally, I have a direct approximately $50,000+ investment hosted on Steam where I am lured and lied to about the social climate and attacked for defending myself with the things I am sold while removed access in retaliation for begging help with a stalker(s) including agents of Gabe Newell. How many Billions of dollars do you host for millions of people all to which you make the same promises and tell the same lies? Let’s find out how many will object shall we?

You see, the problem is I was not alone being targeted; just the one who stayed for love of the game and tried to help people no matter the hate it inspired from whomever in charge. I ask this in the name of District 1 Kentucky specifically and all of the United States of America in general as someone asking to represent my district in US Congress, as a US Citizen customer, and as a US Citizen concerned for the mental and emotional influences in the lives of our children being led to violate laws and rules as a matter of course thinking it is acceptable behavior.

Sadly, I will also admit I watched for nearly a decade this behavior against others and kept my mouth shut knowing I could not know the entire story until it started happening to me. No more. I am not a victim or a predator. I am a US Soldier sworn to defend the Constitution and US Laws you are violating willfully, deliberately, knowingly, and repeatedly against multitudes of people who paid their trust into your company.

As well, thank you for being the tool and incentive needed to push me past my hesitation in filing my intent to run for Congress this 2024 instead of waiting until 2026 as originally intended and planned. Just remember, unstalked, unpunished for being the victim of stalking, I would only be helping people keep the legal according to the EULA game running and playing procrastinating telling myself lies the world and life would get better. I may never have taken this last needed step to stand up for Congress without your lawlessness. It is my hope this will assist you to understand how deeply troubled you and your companies have caused me to become when I came lured by advertisements to game and community to relax and have fun in a clean and nothing but game community. Disgruntled due to continuous lies, fraud, and a community of people literally target attacked to make them leave to take away that for which we paid and defame our characters repeatedly until we give up and leave accepting your thefts. Take this as due notice of impending US House of Representative Investigation by committee even if I am not elected, this is my goal.

As well curious, the shooter in Idaho bullied, I wonder if he was on Steam and how responsible Valve might be in his being constantly bullied? Did he come to Steam to find an outlet and only found more hate? There are many things I do not know which I think I want to know and the people of the world would be interested in knowing as well. I don’t make a good victim as I expect to be taken advantage as a disabled veteran already and the US Government Department of Veterans Affairs has well trained me to fight back legally as it is a requirement of survival under VA Care. Gabe Newell has already earned a few million lifetimes in prison for fraud in Washington State under RICO Laws and it is my goal to execute the process to follow through. It is no secret some games run better on AMD and some run better on Nvidia. So which video card should you get? Why not BOTH! HUH?

There are a number of benefits from having one of each installed. I learned this in 2001 running an ATI Rage128, VooDoo2, AND Nvidia cards all at the same time. Even as far back as Windows 98 and still true today, a video stream can only be processed on one type of video chip/processor at a time. Well, that just does not sound helpful at all! At least until you consider subroutines.

Examples:
DirextX will always default to Nvidia
While AMD can now run PhysX, when present PhysX defaults to the Nvidia

I know most people, when they have upgraded a video card, try and see if the old card will be helpful still being there. Different chipset versions and you have to pick one driver or the other as two AMD or two Nvidia are not designed to run as a split process or multiple run process when not same class. I am sure it could be done, but I am just as sure as soon as someone did it, they would get shut down by the video card makers!

HOWEVER, video card makers wanting you to use their product do allow two completely different video chipset drivers by brand to run side by side. Old school instructions which we required up through Windows XP is that Nvidia be in the AGP or top slot and any supplement had to be a different brand (type) and in a lower PCI slot. Enter multiple PCIe slots with their allowance to both split and/or share bandwidth, and the placement restriction reverses to be optimal though the brand difference remains mandated unless using the same chipset class. Using the same chipset class, even when not fully enabled, creates a partial SLI link natively.

Your newest AMD card installed in the top PCIe slot and the Nvidia in the next slot to have a different channel which will put the AMD at 16_x and the Nvidia at either 4_x pr 8_x depending upon the motherboard. Windows will automatically recognize the Nvidia as the High Performance card even when AMD is the better card. The reason its does this and defaults everything to the Nvidia even if you think you are running the AMD as that is where the monitor is connected is due to the directX and natural PhysX path connections.

Now go into windows settings to video cards, go into graphics, set all the games which run better on AMD better to run on AMD. Either way will still run through your AMD to monitor connection or grab a second monitor with one for each card running an extended desktop. Samsung makes the perfect 49inch 144mhz monitor to go from ultrawide to dual 27 inch side by side monitors. With independent feeds. Do get curved to go that wide or that wide is useless! OR run two 27 inch TVs side by side if you want to go high paying low. I went with a 49 inch split monitor, two 27s, and a 52 with the 52 on a KVM linking in CCTV feeds which can be displayed both through my computer to that monitor or on the KVM directly to that monitor.

While overkill for the average user, I happen to be a housebound disabled veteran. Home Health Aides are impossible to find of any quality or that will stay very long, so this is my hub for robotizing caring for myself. One of the first harsh lessons I leaned through dramatic failure was cameras are great on the robots, but you also need a broader view! Five monitors as four are different perspectives and broader view and fifth is remote robotics direct view. But even now, when I am gaming, I can have one monitor watching whatever I want to watch four times over if I want that many.
