I do not know you well. I do not know how your life is right now.
But whatever hardship you may be facing, whatever loneliness you may be feeling
Let's not give in to depression. Let's not be overtaken by negative emotion.
You are stronger than you think.
Your survival instincts are sharper than you can imagine.
In five, ten, twenty years, you may find yourself in one of two places:
unspeakable joy or unending depression.
When you find yourself there, look to your surroundings.
Realize there are many others like you in the same place.
Here is the harsh truth: Take care of yourself. Because no one else will.
Tell yourself that you did your best. Tell yourself you have no regret.
Don't look back. Look forward. Fight to your last breath.
Take heart in knowing that you will not be alone, because death will come for all of us.
But it is not this day.
