I noticed when I installed the aformentioned mod that it completely breaks nonuniform, and new recruits once again default to the protectorate uniform, and completely lose their original outfit.

* Job colors: recolors the outfit given based on the job like the vanilla tailor.
* Uniforms: NPCs that become hirable still get uniforms so they are more noticeable in villages, but it's not done like vanilla, but like this mod does it, 'covering' their actual clothes.
Maybe the menu should have an icon in the quickbar if a tailor is onboard.
