all enemies see the changeling
all enemies see the changeling, was it a community decision to make it visible in lands where there is a cult or is this a bug?

after war is declared, enemy armies specifically go to the lord, although they should not see him in the cult territories

It´s CA decision, as they designed it and it is how that faction has worked since release, as a simple search in google proves
