Why freshly created players faction leader is some random shmak? Is this supposed to be like this? I havent done anything yeat but allready getting trade caravans from "Player Faction".

Also another thing I've noticed is that the Empire, which I have honor for and would like to progress is impossible because for some reason even though my main settlement is friendly with them, they are enemies of my faction. So due to the constant congo line of hundreds of thousands of silver I am unable to accept the quest as there are "enemies on the map". Tried accepting it in Dev mode, they dropped in and where immediately ambushed killing 3 of the Jans while the last few grabbed the dude and ran for their life lol

currently having a panic attack as I constantly have streams of groups dropping off silver daily from amounts of 1k-11k so I am sitting with silver tiled floors, golden houses, and 300,000+ silver in storage countless not, and two giant orbs of ore, food, silver, etc in several locations have to constantly move the drop off marker as it gets to packed, thats with 30-40 people 30 of which are undead and do not sleep yet cant keep up with the sheer amount of taxes as @BOKI has mentioned

I noticed in a Medieval play through that Dark Forest has all 1 modifiers despite it being a massive forest type biome with tons of animals. Noticed the same with Dusk Wood biomes, all 1 modifiers is there a way to edit these to make them comparable to similar biomes like temp/rain forest?

The tax collection time is always reset to one day, giving me a pile of silver every day, and I have become too wealthy

Out of curiosity, how well does this play with the outposts from Vanilla Expanded? It would be cool to see some compatibility where those outposts can act as Empire settlements or provide the various types of outposts and infrastructure from the Vanilla Expanded outposts.

How well does this work with odyssey. Will I be able to still jump all over the map on ship or do I need a permanent settlement to use all of empire's features?

@FirelinkShrine if this keeps happening with only Empire enabled, please join the discord and open a bug report with your log files so we can keep track of the bug, thanks!

@ZwartGeest currently the release version has no integration of the new DLC.

@ShadowV2 if you're the same person that commented that error on the discord, please create a bug report with your logs so we can check what is going on, but please first verify you're not recieving the "this squad costs too much for this settlement" message by mistake.

@Psyckosama there should be no problem starting the mod after map generation.

@Eatenjaguar98 currently there is none in the release (steam) version, the experimental version (github) does have one, but use it at your own risk. We're releasing the new version with lots of new and improved features soon.

@Latex Santa I can't give you an exact time, but we'll try to have it done within October, but since the only dev we have is nice enough to volunteer whatever free time he has we can't really give an exact timeline.

@Latex Santa most issues are fixed in the experimental version, which will come out shortly, most issues have simple solutions, roads can be forbidden in options, trade is possible unless there is a mod incompatibility which we aren't aware of (which is weird since I have 300+ mods and have no problems)...

If there are any specific issues you are refering to (the ones that bother you more) feel free to say something on discord so we can tell you if they are fixed, on the works or if we simply had no idea.

@Wasan you need to make sure the price matches, if the squad has a cost of 15000 and the settlement can only pay for 5000, it won't allow said squad to be assigned there.

Technically it is compatible, but it uses Rim War's point system which means most of the attacks on your settlements will succeed and you will get lots of problems with settlement taxes and loyalty.

I was referring to the issues being experienced by users in the comment section.
I don't want to scupper a save I've invested quite a bit of time, mental and emotional energy into by messing with a mod which might not work well enough yet. So, before I found any settlements, I'll wait for the upcoming update.

It was working previously but for some reason taxes no longer get pod dropped on the tax spot? Is it because I moved the tax spot and that caused it to bug out?

If it was an automatic defense, there's a cooldown for that military force.
Eventually, the cooldown will expire and they'll be available once more.
I don't think it takes more than a few days in-game.

I'm currently unable to trade or otherwise interact with any of my own settlements. This is not the case with other factions settlements however.

I found that vassal troops cannot enter the battlefield through airdrop pods and can only enter from the edge of the map. Is this a bug or has the setting been changed?

I suggest that you create new settlements in batches of several at a time, maybe a few times per play session, and that you reset taxes afterwards. As a temporary fix before this gets patched out.
