I can't seem to find any public version of Vanilla Expanded Gravships. Even if I Google it or check the Vanilla Expanded Github page.
Are you refering to a different mod?

Simple and helpful, love it.

Have you considered making something similar for Royalty, when free permits are available? That's another instance that could use having the game notify the player about.
