Letter Gravship Ready

Description
Sends a letter when the gravship is ready to take off again.

This can be safely added or removed mid-game.

Letter can be disabled in Mod Options.

I can't seem to find any public version of Vanilla Expanded Gravships. Even if I Google it or check the Vanilla Expanded Github page.
Are you refering to a different mod?

Simple and helpful, love it.

Have you considered making something similar for Royalty, when free permits are available? That's another instance that could use having the game notify the player about.

It definitely would have taken more than a couple second to upload if it was that big.
