this mod is awesome for people who didn't see or know about the e3 2002 demo, but if you want the "accurate" demo, you're better off playing the hl2 beta mega build

We already tried adding the beta antlions, but it didn't turn out as expected, so we had to stick with the retail ones.

It is not compatible with certain addons as it replaces materials and models, it is recommended to disable addons that may conflict with the mod.

for now the smg1 will be a replacement for the beta's ar2, as it is not possible to change the secondary attack, and answering the other one about the smg grenades, it is an interesting idea that I had not thought of before

Incredible recreation of the E3 maps. Hopefully you'll be able to make the SMG look more like it's counterpart from the beta, the SMG2. I'm really looking forward to getting to use the OICW here too. All in all, great job!

could you add smg grenades to the gunship battle? that's how it was in the e3 fight and the gunship is scripted in the map to hang around low enough where fighting it like that isn't annoying
