i was looking the mod to add some other noodle efects for a fail like bored or drunkness.

Then i find that this could also finally fix the way for a better mod for hard crops.
its a bit off my capacities but if planting and harvest have a chance of fail when instead of dealing damage it dont perform the action and, loss seeds and destroying the crop. All related to farming skill. Is it posible cose this way it should work for any added crop working by the action with no needs of a block of code as hard farming mod for example

I like the added twist of difficulty, however I would have to say that default settings leaves my character constantly ripped to shreds. Within a day of attempting to level some electrical and carpentry, I had 2 lacerations and a scratch, all on my arms. I wasn't even to the first level of fatigue and my carpentry was actually level four.

For those looking to use this mod, reduce "base fail chance" to below 1%, like maybe even 0.1%, and increase your "immune duration" to maybe 6 hours. Base settings can be a little unrealistically punishing.

The boredom could be a good adition to the ecuation, usaly when you are bore come to do more error...

Hello everyone, thanks for helping with the mod, i've updated it with following improvment:
New:

Immunity period when you hurt yourself (Implemented to help with repetitive action at max gamespeed)
Better sandbox options (added HinderChance to control amount of injury on legs/right arm that hinders movespeed/attackspeed)
Small tweaks in damage location (removed head/neck from all actions except cutting beard/hairs)
Added DE and FR translation

Bugfixes:
Corrected sandbox option loading in multiplayer and solo

Nice idea but nearly died on my 1 year character from disassembling watches - laceration to the arm (sure), scratch to the head and laceration to the neck (lmao how?).

This mod definitely needs options for injury chance per skill. For instance grinding tailoring results in tons of injuries. Also getting a deep wound from moving a table is fun.

this mod is absolute dogshit, it has to much chance of getting injured and the injuries are extremely severe for what would happen irl. i lost mi character due to spear fishing and scratching myself 4 times in a row. you can't do something like this in a game with permadeath. i give ti 1 :deadrat: out of 100

I like the idea of this mod, but even after I changed the default chance from 3% to 1%, and lowered some other values, I get WAY too many injuries. Wanna change a light bulb? Have a scratch! Trying to build a rainwater collector? Here's a laceration for you! Even with adjusted settings, injuries are too common by far. Disabled this midplay. Maybe one day I'll try this again and make the injury chance something like 0.01%. In this state this mod is just too annoying.

The mod works and plays fine on most actions in general I feel, but oh boy is it annoying to try fishing. Litteraly can't fish for more than 20 in game minutes without bleeding to death from scratches all over my body

I hurt my neck while ripping some shoes. It's a good concept but it leaves me serverely injured in crazy spots all of the time. My character currently has bandages on both hands, upper and lower torso and neck; all tailoring injuries.
I will still be using it in my no-zeds world, to spice things up a bit, but I'm removing it from all my zed worlds from now on

мод жесть - но очень интересная) играть становится сложнее
а если играть по харду - х16 и жирного, хилого тупого и прочее,
то игра получается в настоящее выживание и борьбу за жизнь, при том что поранится ты можешь от любых действий. и теперь не нужно специально ранить себя чтобы прокачать первую помощь. чтобы вы не делали она прокачается только на перевязках))) а если выбрать хрупкого и долго заживление, то хард повышается...

готовил, соскользнул нож - порез пальцев
рыбачил копьем, соскользнула рука - рваная рана ноги
строил, молотком по ноге - перелом.

I tried the mod in a new game and so far it makes a good impression. The amount of injuries and the severity seems fair. Usually you get a scratch every now and then while woodworking and if your are unlucky, you are breaking your arm. That's life. :-)

heey! i receive a suggestion that fit well on this mod, can you see a possilitity to adds a compatibility and a small chance to get burned when trying to start fire after pouring gasoline?

The reason you only receive Pain injuries is probably cause it is the only injury that ignore cloth defense. Other injuries are cancelled by clothes if attack is less than cloth defense.

So it might been a mix between good cloth and luck, but could aswell be mod values that need more fine tuning.

Anyway i'll take some time this week-end to include as much sandbox options as I can. Regarding translation I'll ask for you guys cause I only know how to write 'pain sounds' in my native language :D

I chanced upon this and had been using it for a run and it's such an underrated mod that adds immersiveness to the game.
Injuries totally happen in day to day living, and even more so when doing task that one is unfamiliar in. It also add further opportunities to improve first aid skills haha, or to trigger zombies if you're using scent of blood mod.

I'm not too sure if it's a bug on my end, but so far while my character had been receiving injuries, they had only been pain and not any cuts, scratches, deep wounds or burns which is odd, considering that the character is 4months plus in, and gone through many of the actions listed in the pictures while at low level. My base fail chance setting is also at 4% instead of 3%.

Some suggestions: Perhaps there can be more sandbox options to adjust fatigue fail chance, skill level fail chance reduction? I realise too that all the character speeches are in french? Any chance of a translation?
