You might need to update the mod. The Mountainblaster looks more mutated and deformed than Grandpa Nurgle's left nutsicle. Thanks for your mod and your efforts!

I think there's some severe graphical issues with the Mountainblaster, the cannon became disconnected and was floating about 100 feet in the air and severely glitching while the unit was idle animating.

Keeping the summon ability for the Ogre Hunter would be nice. I haven't been able to look too thoroughly at the new update but I know the blood vultures were made official.

This mod might take a little while to update. I have some new units planned to replace the Blood Vultures (since they've been added by the DLC now).

Hi, love the new unit additions, but I just wanted to say that the Blood Vultures likely have ~20 less Morale than they should. They appear to be a direct copy of Carrion, which is fine (Ogres could use a little air presence, I think), but Carrion are undead, which tend to get a rather large morale penalty compared to mortal units. I say ~20 less morale in this case because of the comparison between Drycha's Cave Bats and the Fell Bats of the Vampires - same stats besides morale.

I get that Hunters can provide that bonus with their new skill, but I would personally prefer to see their baseline leadership be roughly where it should be, and for the skill to instead provide a more modest Morale buff. (Also, I think that the Hunter skill might not actually work? Just going off of the tables, it's currently set as general_to_force_own, which only functions on Lords, where it should probably be character_to_force_own, which functions for Lords and Heroes alike).

I strongly feel like Gatebusters need more buff. They are not really competitive with other bulls of the same tier

I am aware the new patch broke all unit mods including this, Heroes of Legend and Landmarks of Legend but I am, unfortunately, a bit busy for the next few days. I will try and push out an update for all my mods before the end of the week.

Odd bug here. With just this mod enabled, typing anything into the tech tree search bar instantly freezes then crashes the game.

Blood Vultures are affected by the Rampage 'bug' (they rampage at the start of the battle and are always uncontrollable).

Thank you =) I did edited the mammoths, if you don't mind... I want them to be "edible" (literally, I am trying to figure it out how to edit the "gnoblar snacks" mod https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2789896479&searchtext=gnoblar+snacks , I want the Ogres to eat everything, including their own). But if you dislike my changes, just say the word and I will revert the description and remove frenzy from them.

By the way, I just noticed how the Thundertusk mod has some issues with the animations and recruitment, the author is from Ukraine, so... it's complicated. Yeah, I did have plans for Ogres riding mammoths a while back but my hard drive got corrupted so I lost all that work. I haven't gotten the motivation to start all that from scratch again. I might return to that in the future though.

You are also free to make a submod. Let me know when its up and I'll link it in the description!

As for the Vultures, I honestly think they are the best unit of this mod, a really good idea/concept. Flying units gives a strategy option that Ogres sorely lacks... and to make them different than Sabretusks (both play the flanker role), I think a simple exchange is enough, Sabretusks are focused on offense, they charge and kill, get away, etc.. Vultures can be more "tanky", staying in the backline for long (the wonders of melee defense), instead of constant charges, they can harass all fight long like a actual vulture. Sorry for the big comment, I am a stats nerd

@ キャンディーアップル I guess you can excuse the mammoths as both food supply and siege attackers (and to play the role of monster killers... at least that's how I edited this unit). Reading the 9th army book, the fans highlighted the Ice Mammoths instead... but I think the Thundertusks already covered that role (being the ice monster from Himalaya and etc), there's a mod already who adapted the Thundertusks. So I guess the mammoth fits better in the army composition as the monster killer, Thundertusks as the literal tanks, Stonehorn is the multipurpose monster.

And can I make a request? I'm trying to balance your units to SFO, but I edited the mammoths a little bit (to make them more unique, frenzied versions), can I publish it later? I will mark your mod, link stuff, etc.. the usual "etiquette". Damn... last time I modded this game, it was like 2 years ago or something

I like those Ogre units they're pretty cool, but why not a feral Stonehorn? Mammoths aren't associated with Ogres, same with Vultures.

Dont know if this is a known issue or just a bug on my end but the broadsider doesnt shoot, not just no animation or anything, no ammo used no projectile, just stands there till you select melee

After testing out a bunch of unit mods, this is maybe the best unit mod in the workshop currently, all of these units makes sense lorewise. The kamikaze ogre kinda feels out of place... but ok, it's a cool correlation with the vampirates. Hope someone makes a SFO patch for it, SFO is kinda messy right now, but the ogres are so basic and empty, they need mods to flesh out the experience
