The raid on the Republic train is still available by heading left on the Shifting Wasteland (left of the overworld).
The "choice" was split apart (in 3.0 it was in the same area), but the content remains unchanged.

No, really why? They basically had planet under their control. What's the point to spend a bunch of resources, especially WHEN THEY DID NOT ESTABLISH THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT (as implied by some codexes found in prison complex), for the super secret project with questionable pay-off. Like, as if they had nothing better to do.
3) Issue #3: Why communists and Republics fight each other?
Honestly, I can see it happening for various reasons, but I'm gonna write my observations thoughts just in case. The only reason for this I could find in lore is "ethnic tensions" in one codex. This seems a bit silly considering that one of the key points of communist ideology is focus on your class affiliation then nationality affiliation and I doubt that Fins and Germans did not have any members of the working class.
1) Issue #1: Why Communists have worse industry then Republic and why Republic has such an advanced industry?
Tylian tells us that Communists almost united the whole planet under their banner. Considering that communists also garner the biggest support from industrial workers (and simply having the whole planet under their control) you would think that they would be the ones to have at least on par industry. The fact that Communists are called Soviets multiple times in the mod makes this fact even worse, as Soviets were known for their extremely rapid industrialization (your army does not win against one of the most advanced militaries at the time without proper industry to support it).
1.Do we still have japanese shrine with portal to the outpost in the void like previous versions?
2.I can't find a store that buys electronic stuff (from subterranean planet) we still have the shop?

- Zero directly fascist imagery, government is a Republic, army wears American designed but German manufactured Cold War era M1 helmets, Swiss Cold War rifles as standard issue, re chambered Soviet SMG's, use Soviet WWII inspired body armor, and literal sword wielding knights. I mean it. Run the game like 5 times, let it crash 5 times, and it should resolve itself. It's a soft-incompatibility with some other mod affecting food items potentially.
If it DOESN'T resolve itself after FIVE runs minimum, then please provide a log file.
I'm not magical. I don't just snap my fingers and a "patch" comes out. Refer to this for the meantime until I or another individual manages to do so.
