I'm building a fictional British mainline route in the 1950s-60s, in a as of yet undecided location with branch lines and a narrow gauge railway too. Quite an ambitious project, I think. No clue how long it'll take me or if I'll even finish it!
If I may ask, what route are you building?

Take your time finishing the route, there's still some issues that can be sorted before you make it final. For instance, Z-shaped junctions still have the track overlaying on the crossovers, you can solve this by splitting the track in the middle of the Z-junction and welding it back together again. Hope that helps :)
