-added Thumbnail to Rancho Falls

Added things

-added more houses to Ranch Town
-added skyscrapers to George Town
-added construction site to George Town
-added train station as well as tracks to the map
-added bunker in the map
-fixed billboard for gas being to high
-added hospital to George Town

Be sure to tell me if there are any bugs on the map will want to fix them asap. Thank you hope you enjoy the new update.

-Got rid of road on bridge was just not wanting to work
-Fix spawn rate of mili items
-Fix spawn rate of gas cans
-Added blowtorch and chainsaw to item spawns
