Quick Update

-added Thumbnail to Rancho Falls

Added things

-added more houses to Ranch Town
-added skyscrapers to George Town
-added construction site to George Town
-added train station as well as tracks to the map
-added bunker in the map
-fixed billboard for gas being to high
-added hospital to George Town
