-added Thumbnail to Rancho Falls

Added things

-added more houses to Ranch Town
-added skyscrapers to George Town
-added construction site to George Town
-added train station as well as tracks to the map
-added bunker in the map
-fixed billboard for gas being to high
-added hospital to George Town

Small Bugfix and spawn rate fix.

-Got rid of road on bridge was just not wanting to work
-Fix spawn rate of mili items
-Fix spawn rate of gas cans
-Added blowtorch and chainsaw to item spawns
