Small fixes, likely unnoticeable to most. Only significant change is that communions are now via item only, a change that should have gone in ages ago as such magic in the Realms is extremely rare indeed.

Several balance fixes for starting nations and recruitment rosters. Nearly half the nation's got additional starting mages.
Nations most effected included Impiltur, Baldur's Gate, Spine of the World, Unther, and Chessenta.
Waterdeep gained a sea province, but lost their apocryphal Sea Elf units.

Every nation now has a pre-set Pretender in the FR_AI_Pretenders submod. Quality may vary, but the AI should avoid making horrible pretenders so long as the submod is enabled. Comes at the cost of variety until more can be added.

Those on recent saves may have had their magic sites break. This should fix the issue. Reloading should put things back to normal. Related to the Myrloch Vale fix.

Replaced Aboleth shatteredsoul with insanity, better flavored for their somnolence. Slightly increased frequency under water, and decreased frequency on land.
Several improvements to Halruaa starting mage roster and recruitment.
Added Halruaan Skyship. Summonable by several nations as a Research 7 Construction ritual, and recruitable by Halruaa.
Fixed Myrloch Vale throne site near Corwell, which was not loading in.

removed setland command from several provinces, which resulted in turn 1 attacks by independents.
added "Records of Mankind" magic site to Ao to support score graph viewing in observation mode, for games where graphs have been turned off.
