+ HL2MP Rules support: Weapons, ammo and items found in hl1 or hl2 deathmatch maps will respawn based on intervals defined in their respective cvars.
+ Fixed the Longjump (item_longjump) for this gamemode.
+ Included more cvars in gamemode config menu so server owners can easily change them.
+ Added special string (utinvasion_spawnweapon) to define which additional weapons player can spawn with.

+ If all the weapon mods are deactivated, player will spawn with HL2 weapons, and with HL1 weapons if HL1 is mounted.
+ Default HL2 NPCs will spawn if main prerequisite is not installed, or all npcs are deactivated for given wave.
+ nextlevel cvar support.
+ Context menu button now drops player's currently held weapon.
+ Fixed HL2 Jeep spawn effect emitting error models.
