+ UStrong finisher kills a little bit better (0.95->1.05 kbs)

Nerfs
- Slap hitbox made slightly smaller (he was simply too powerful)
- Idle + crouch hurtboxes while in mech are slightly larger, which should match a bit better
- Increased hurtbox a bit on some moves (FTilt, FAir) to somewhat reduce the amount of disjoint
- BAir front hit is a bit less powerful (1.0->0.9 kbs)
- Egg flapper health reduced slightly (9->7). Normal eggpawn is unchanged (& this is mostly just to make aerial slightly less superior)
- Added 1.25x bonus damage windows after some attacks (FStrong, UStrong, DStrong, DAttack)

Nerfs
- DSpecial cooldown now waits a bit longer to count down if an Eggpawn is already out, making multiple at once a bit harder to get
- BAir multihit hitboxes are smaller and now grow on hit instead, while tap version just has a smaller sourspot
- FStrong has a bit more endlag (15->20)
- Added some extra whifflag to DStrong (21 vs the usual 16). On hit, endlag is same as before
- FAir has a bit less vertical range with the upper sourspot removed, and the latest hitbox removed
- UAir finisher has a bit less base knockback (7->6) and the hitboxes are overall a bit smaller (instead, they grow to the older size on hit)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Made the AI much better, giving it custom code for detecting incoming attacks and projectiles. This allow it to dodge/parry much more effectively in many cases
+ Added elemental stuff to hitboxes for KoB interactions (mostly just BAir)
+ Fixed a missing part of the shaky hitpause effect
+ Special voice lines vs Frog characters should now work against a few more characters (ex: Ranno, Keroro, Flipnote Frog, etc)
