went through and found a lot of legacy or oddball item spawns that were supposed to be toned down, especially those that spawned 0-2 of a weapon type that seemed to very commonly spawn 2 or lots of 0-1 instead of .00X to make them even less common.

Should be less trash with this.

Added and tweaked a new bandit/pirate armor set that can be rarely found in the form of a ruined combat diving suit converted into adhoc armor. Bulky on land it lacks any pressure or dive capability and is a product of desperate bandits and squatters looking for any possible armor. Rare bandit/pirate and very rare separatist

Went through and also cleaned up all of the health multipliers present and removed all of the multiplayer multipliers as they interact with the base multiplier strangely so I was getting incorrect health numbers on certain NPC sets with either too much or too little and not everything should be somewhat flatter. Basic enemies have slightly less health than players while heavies and leaders have slightly more along with prexisting use of talents that seems to be functioning correctly.

decreased movement penalty for mudraptor armor cleaned up a few tiny bits of code, acid grenades should work better in railguns but they aren't as good as if thrown.

acid grenade had a bug where it was going off in the players hand on use. But was also not going off when used in a railgun/detonater correctly.

Keep in mind when in a railgun it will destroy the grenade via explosion leading to a reduced but still present acid/slow effect

Complete redo on marine armor using new sprites instead of the old EK edits.

removed weapon skill bonus from bandolier
new load bearing vest sprite to replace the EK marine armor torso based one.
