Temporary patch while it gets a revision.

- Major rework of the code.
- Should work as well in multiplayer as singleplayer
- Slight variations of wind pitch to be less repetitive on long segments of falling
- Wind lerps instead of instantly adapting to your speed (More smooth transitions from full speed to still)
- Velocity is calculated with your current view's position between frames, meaning more compatiblity for other addons.
- Removed Portal1's wind sound, was from a wind pipe instead of falling wind.
