  • almost all weapon from this mod will use this new armor type. this mean by default no pawn should have armor against it
  • to balance this. all pawn will now spawn with
    30% base celestial armor for humanlike
    10% base celestial armor for mechanoid

  • add option to let equipment and apparel to spawn with celestial steel as stuffable material
