Minor update until I get the options menus working. LMB is the traditional plasma burst, RMB is the never-ending plasma burst, and MMB will stop all plasma fires.

* Returned to the plasma moving over the surface. Former concerns with geometry seem to be moot with jitter component.

Added jitter each arc movement to add some violence and unpredictability, also allows the plasma bloom to survive on surfaces that it cannot destroy.

* Made plasma arcs travel directly through material again in order to avoid a situation where arcs are unable to traverse certain geometries. Plus it just looked better the other way.
