Cold Plasma Generator

Description
An energy weapon that uses a specially tuned form of plasma to produce a cold energy fire that vaporizes without burning. Do not point at eye or groin. LMB/RMB to fire plasma bullet, MMB to stop all plasma reactions.

I absolutly love this mod, could you add an option to automatically kill arcs if they haven't "eaten" or "destroyed" a voxel within a certain amount of time?
