-modified charger_melee_run_gest weightlist, less influence over left arm and neck (attempt to make anim slightly more suited to be used as an alt melee as some mods do)
-fixed jockey runs missing their 14th frames

-retimed gambler/mechanic and producer charger pound from 48 frames to 50 to match survivor pound animation frame length and fix discrepancy with Coach taking damage slower than other survivors from the Charger's pound attack.

-re implimented original skeleton for jockey anims to fix issues with hitbox merging with survivors during riding animations
While this is properly fixed now, this original edit actually broke a lot of the Jockey's animations if they relied on weightlists.
