Dynamic Army Caps, Dynamic Army Confederations and the High Elf War declaration feature can be enabled/disabled individually.
Fixed High Elf War declaration feature, it wasn't actually being disabled.

High Elves controlling multiple suitable Ulthuan regions will have a minimum number of armies equal to the number of territories they control.
Kislev now receives a bonus during the Chaos Invasion.

Greenskin AI won't confederate other Greenskin factions after defeating their faction leaders.
This restriction is removed when the player has crossed the mid game imperium threshold.
This helps Greenskins a lot and army bonuses for other Greenskin factions have been changed.

Increased Imriks bonus to help him out.
Decreased Karak Kadrin's bonus.

Mannfred and Vlad are now rivals of Reikland and the Golden Order.
When the player reaches enough imperium while playing as these factions Vlad/Mannfred will receive free upkeep for zombies and receive a bonus to local recruitment.
