Description
What is this mod?

Kiory's KKIV 2035 has always had a soft spot in my heart, and it made me sad enough to see it in such a state that i rewrote most of its functionality to fit a better purpose in my unit.

Say hello to the new(?) and improved(?) Laku KKiv-20mm, a high powered Anti-Material rifle built and made to knock out most targets lighter than a tank!
It can also quite easily swat helicopters out of the sky, if a missile isnt nearby!
With 20mm AP and HE rounds, you will be hard pressed to find a target you wont disable!

Along with this rebalancing, i have increased its weight to better reflect its new purpose as a fat and massive rifle.

This also makes it an excellent addition if you are already a user of WebKnights Heavy Weapons framework:

I misspoke when I said "weapon raising." I meant "weapon aiming" (right mouse button). As an example, the HK121 Hex machine gun has a slower animation when aiming than the vanilla aiming animation of carbines.

When you look at the weight bar in the player's inventory, it doesn't look impressive. See for yourself. With this bar, the player can carry a heavily loaded backpack also, which doesn't seem realistic.

That's a sad. A rifle like this probably needs a custom animation so the player can feel its weight. But, please note that the weapon's raising time varies for each weapon! For example, vanilla heavy machine guns have a slower raising time. So this can be adjusted!

The weight i kinda just based off an m107, but about 2-3kg heavier, i felt it was sufficient

@Nav Another question: Is there any way to slow down the animations for this rifle (raising/lowering, reloading, carrying, etc.) to better convey its weight?

@Nav Thanks for your mod. I've been using this rifle for a while, and despite the ACE and CBA compatibility patch, I didn't see ammo for this rifle in my ACE inventory. It looks like it does now.

You said you increased the weight of this rifle? I see it's 15.97 kg. Are you sure this weight is adequate for such a huge weapon? I think it should weigh more. I have a heavier sniper rifle in my arsenal, which looks smaller.

Materiel means military equipment.
Material means stuff things are made of.

I sadly had to remove the original mod from my group's modlist a long while ago. Glad to see it have fresh life. Immediately adding it back.
