Good question, but changing the relationships of other custom NPCs towards the TF2 Bots is significantly more difficult then changing the TF2 Bots relationships. Every custom NPC base handles targeting differently, and there isn't a surefire way to change the targeting behavior of every possible NPC that the TF2 Bots come in contact with. Perhaps in the future I'll implement reciprocal relationships for VJ and DRG base, but as of right now I can't think of a way to affect every possible custom npc.
