~ 1.9.3 update - bug fixes, removed duplicate forts, fixed missing trade nodes for certain provinces, fixed weather and climate in Europe.

~ 1.9 update - fixed for EU4 1.12 patch. 32 provinces removed, as these provinces have been added to the base game by Paradox.

~ 1.8.8 update - big bug fixing patch, removed duplicate centres of trade, corrections and alterations to the map (HRE, France, Aragon, Scotland, Italy), lowered the nation designer points, added numerous straits.

~ 1.8.5 update - Updated for 1.11 patch. Bugfixes, removed Bermuda and Greenland from colonial regions, fixed Hungarian/Austiran province names, culture fixes.

~ 1.8.3 update - Updated for vanilla 1.10. Also some fixes to problems from previous versions, including Pomeranian culture in all appropriate provinces, a couple small map changes etc.

~ 1.8 update- added 58 new provinces: 25 Russian, 2 Polish, 2 Danish, 3 Burgundian, 4 Italian, 1 Swiss, 2 Spanish, 1 Austrian, 2 French, 2 Ottoman, 6 HRE, 1 Hungarian, 1 Bohemian, 4 Greek, 1 Livonian, 1 Wallachian. North Liege has Flemish culture, many fixes to positions, fixes to cultures and province names, and many more besides.

~ 1.7 update - added 32 new provinces: 2 French, 1 Aragon, 1 Sardinia, 3 Hungarian, 2 Bosnian, 1 Serbian, 3 Greek, 1 Albanian, 1 Wallachian, 1 Moldavian, 4 Polish, 4 Lithuanian, 1 Swedish, 3 Finnish, 1 Novgorod, 1 Friesland, 2 Bohemian. Also changed Niederlausitz culture to Silesian/Schlesian, and a couple minor fixes. ~~|||~~ 1.7.1 update -Oberlausitz has Schlesian culture, Schlesian culture is in germanic culture group, Bohemia has Schlesian as accepted culture, Lappland (in Finland) now has Sapmi culture.

~ 1.6.1 update - fixed position files of new province, fixed capitals of Brandenberg and Pomerania.

~ 1.6 update - added 10 new HRE provinces.

~ 1.5 update - added 14 new provinces, 4 Norwegian, 1 Swedish, 1 French, 3 English, 1 Scottish, 1 Papal State, 1 Pomeranian, and 2 Hungarian. Fixed numerous bugs, boosted Norwegian base tax, gave Norway an overhaul (production, province names and city names), minor adjustments to the rest of Europe.

~ 1.4.3 update - updated for 1.9 patch.

~ 1.4.2 update - Actually worked this time, I hope. As of the supposed v1.4.1 update, I fixed positions of many provinces, gave Saarland a proper culture. Norway and Sweden should be slightly more playable now, and also Scotland has had a small overhaul in the Highlands area.

~ 1.4 update - added 6 new HRE provinces, added Portuguese region to region mapmode, and boosted Norwegian base tax slightly.

~ 1.3 update - added 20 new provinces, 3 English, 1 Breton, 1 Welsh, 2 Danish, 1 Papal, 4 HRE/German, 1 HRE/French, 7 Guyana. Fixed a couple province glitches, boosted some provinces' base tax (such as Berlin)

~ 1.2 update - added 8 new provinces, 2 Portuguese, 2 Greenland, 2 Prussian, 2 Icelandic. Also fixed Ostpreussen / Memel region.

~ 1.1 update - added 10 new provinces, 6 Irish and 4 Norwegian.


This mod adds 140 new provinces in Scandinavia, Britain, Southern Italy and more - the places changed are mostly all rather poor regions, and I thought they could use some more tax/manpower/provinces, for a bit of fun. Also many suggestions from the comments have been followed up and put into the mod (extra English provinces, HRE additions, Russian expansion).

The mod is mostly to liven up the game when playing as these countries, not so much for balance.

There are no plans for future updates right now, as unfortunately I'm not doing very well on the health department lately. I have ideas, but nothing that I could feasibly implement, as the update for the 1.12 patch took 5 days to complete...
