Random build generator.

Random Process:
* Pick random lord, randomize perks
* Pick random hero, randomize perks
* [50%] Pick random hero, randomize perks
* pick one random unit and randomize perks among affordable and allowed units while gold left and not full stack

Perks randomization:
* recursively for each randomly selected category randomizes type (pick 1) [e.g.mark of chaos]
* randomize lore (pick 1)
* randomize mount (pick 1)
* randomize spells (50% chance to select each)
* randomize runes (50% chance to select each)
* randomize abilities (50% chance to select each)
* randomize items (50% chance to select each)
* randomize changelling form

Disables default autobuilder and manual recruitment in MP.

Adds Storm of Magic option to custom lobby.

Also adds random army abilities for All The Units faction:
