Also the Autobot Helper needs a nerf. Every item that gives energy has some significant debuff, meanwhile this one gives you 1 energy and still gives you an extra 1 using one card for free. Sometimes this is messy, but it's actually a rare case. When I got this item as a starter the game was just too easy, it felt like 5 energy.
Auto-dropping a card is fine, just don't reduce its cost by 1, otherwise it's a free 2 energy per turn. It will still be a bit OP, however it will be playable now. At this point, both of these items are noticeably too powerful and destroy the balance of the gameplay.
