Subscribe to all items in the right tab. Props are more or less optional. Enable Network Anarchy, Move it Mod, Prop Anarchy, Loading Screen Mod and Rotterdam Mod in the content manager before load/start the game. Flat ground is highly required. When ingame make sure the ground is 100% flat. Place the asset only with prop anarchy enabled.

Customize the asset:
You can change any part of the asset. With road upgrade tool you can change the tracks/roads and retaining walls if you like.

Why snarky...? Network Anarchy mod let you place and create shorter network segments. This mod is required. This works without network anarchy enabled(also a function of this mod). There are short network barrier segments in this asset.

To be clear, if you get the message "distance too short", this means Network Anarchy is not working correctly. Maybe disabled or any other mod conflict.

"You need to enable Network Anarchy" was the only possible reply to your comment.

Hi! No matter where I put this, it says, "distance too short".
Do you have any insight on this?
