to fix; use RPFM to open the file. use global search in top right corner, tick the circle to search "packfile" instead of "game files". Type Altdorf, then delete everything that comes up except the line wh3_main_primary_core_special_major_altdorf in building_chain_set_items_tables

Hey dear author,
Nobody expects modders to have an update up their sleeves at all times, but if updating this for 4.0,7 (or 4.0.x) turns out more difficult / time intensive than anticipated (or you currently hate CA or just became the father of twins and modding is the last thing on your mind) I think people will still appreciate if you posted whatever it is in a short comment, just so everybody's in the loop.
