My Discord server is sure to be the first to get sneak-peaks AND direct polls from me whenever I come up with any.

The Psycast Upgrade Framework allows for the upgrading of any psycast. This mod does nothing by itself, however, and only acts as a platform for other mods to add leveled psycasts.

The below mod is a showcase of the Psycast Upgrade Framework. Modders are encouraged to use the mod as an example on how the Psycast Upgrade Framework works.

Oh god its been so long since I played Stellaris. Also now to sit and wait for a madlad to make a VPE merge with this, so once you've reached a certain level you can start upgrading psycasts, or just cost exponentially more psycast perk points to unlock idk but it'll happen
