Official Radious Total War Submod - Stronger Veterans

Overview - I've always enjoyed levelling up units in total war games. The idea that the experience of past battles could make a unit strong enough to face and defeat higher tier units was something I enjoyed. This submod makes veteran units even more powerful to enhance that feeling of experienced units dominating the battlefield. Hopefully, highly experienced units are now actually worth keeping.

Warning - Highly experienced units are very unlikely to break on the battlefield with this submod. That Khornate Berserker that is charging at them is just another Tuesday to them.
