Atlantis makes a return
Default unit file has been reuploaded with my custom changes and edits.
Default techs can ALL be traded now, including era techs.
Atlantis borders will show up, when you zoom in far enough to her lands, forgive me but I do not know how to make the islands appear zoomed out all the way on the map.

Atlantis, the stories they told, left a mark on society, even today tales of advanced super humans and technology that far exceeds modern understandings. Bipedal mechs and super stealthy warplanes and even advanced missiles, will shape the era of 2030 forever. Embark on your greatest journey in supreme ruler with the atlanteans, will you share your weapons of war with the world? Seal a deal with the USA giving them mechs or stealth tech? Or would you rather take over the world in this mod for supreme ruler? We all know you geopolitical leaders out there wanna take over the world and make it a better place.

WORK IN DEVELOPMENT! Currently no errors and any problems I can think of exist in the mod. Besides the nato alliance is in shambles, cant seem to find a way to keep them allied. May need to revise relations between nations.
