I really love your mod, since I always thought that the vanilla mechanics regarding addictions are way too harsh.
However, are you planning on updating the mod to 1.5 if you have the time?

You will not find "joykind" in a drug policy or stockpile. "Joykind" is a term the game itself uses to define the type of joy an item gives when a pawn uses it. (This is why a TV gives different joy than say, a chess table.) In the base game, all drugs are counted as the same joykind, meaning that they can't stack, and your colonists get bored of them very quickly. With this mod, all the drugs it lists are separated, meaning using more than one type will allow the joy to stack, and your colonists get a lot more mood and recreation out of these things. I hope that helps.
