The "End Truce & Close Borders" edict does not appear in the list at all unless you currently have an active truce.
When you get a truce from a war ending this edict doesn't appear instantly if the game is still paused, because the script hasn't triggered yet. You need to unpause (let the game play) and wait a little bit for script to trigger. I didn't bother to count the exact days because any specific number I find is not gonna be standardised,
Just end the war, wait for the month to roll over to the next one (standard practice) and lo and behold it's there in the edict list as expected. If not, try waiting ANOTHER month on top. If there's still nothing at that point, then maybe it's a bug/conflict.
There is no info on your Nov 9 update. Is it safe to assume you fixed the missing edict issue? Any other issues fixed? Anyway, great looking mod and I would love to use it with confidence. Thank you for your work on this and the other great mods.
I've tried all sorts of things, even going so far as to disable every single mod "except" this one, nothing.
Hope this gets patched soon, this mod is so well laid out in the details and make so much sense I'm personally surprised it's not in the base game. Never was a fan of the unrelenting extremes of the truce system as it was.
Additional modifier for empires that broke truce
Threat Generation: x2.5 for 10 Years(This modifier stacks with the amount of truces you break)
Trust Growth: -50% for 15 year
During the effect, other AI empires that seeks you are more likely to break truce against you. During the 10 years, other AI empires do not suffer the penalty of breaking your truce.
no, they ignore your closed borders. If they want to punish another AI empire, they just fly through yours
