Beautiful States Reborn - Better Byzantium Decisions

Have you ever been annoyed at all the extra territory you had to get from Romania just to form Byzantium, when they haven't held that territory for ~ 600-1000 years. Is that one lone, useless province from Italy causing you to scratch your head? No longer do you have to replay Maurice's demise & take territory North of the Danube, nor provoke Italy for a single Croat city!

BSR has brought us many improvements to the map & some of the Formable nations decisions, they still neglected to do Byzantium justice (seriously, use this for BSR, I don't mind at all!!!).This improves the Byzantine decisions available, conforming the decisions to more natural boundaries & proper imperial borders. This works for both the "Waking the Tiger" & Battle for the Bosporus" type decisions.

Given this uses it's version of the Formable Nations decisions; Beautiful States Reborn is required.

Note: The requirements are an either: You just need either WTT or BftB for this to work.
