The Road to 56 - Better Byzantium Decisions [Discontinued]

Description
Have you ever been annoyed at all the extra territory you had to get from Romania just to form Byzantium, when they haven't held that territory for ~ 600-1000 years? No longer do you have to replay Maurice's demise & take territory North of the Danube!

A streamlined version of the various decisions available, this modifies the Reform Byzantium decisions to conform to more natural boundaries & proper imperial borders. Vojvodina & Slovenia are no longer required to form Byzantium, but Southern & Northern Dobruja are. Algeirs & Constantia are rolled in 'Egypt & Tunis', and Sardinia Is now required for the Italian decision (there's also some extra cores on Corsica, Malta, & The Balearics).

Given this uses it's version of the Formable Nations decisions; The Road to 56 is required.
