That sounds not like a problem of the rails, more like a problem of the lines in CS are made. If you just have two stations the line will make so that the train can return easily. Basicly the switch from rail 2 to rail 1 is made before the stop.
Sorry if my wording isnt great.
Basically imagine that there are two stations, station A and station B. Both have stops that can be placed on the first maglev track side and the other. Well call them tracks 1 and 2. I can make a stop on station As 2nd maglev track or A2 If i try to add a new stop on station B instead of it automatically placing it at B2 50% of the time it will decide for me that the stop has to be on B1 regardless of what i do.
So i cant have maglev monorail trains going in both directions as the train will jump back and forth between tracks 1 and 2 at random stations.
The non maglev version of this station with the default tracks dont have this issue at all.
