Lords, heroes and units will level up faster through combat and actions.


- increased experience for primary lords from capturing/razing settlements by 150% (from 200 to 500)
- primary lords now gain experience from sacking settlements (0 -> 250)
- doubled experience for lords when garrisoned in a city (100 -> 200 per turn)
- doubled experience gain for secondary lords (they gain the same amount of experience when reinforcing as primary lords now)
- increased the experience heroes gain from winning and losing battles by 50% (now 75% of lord experience)
- increased the experience for heroes being active by 300% (50 -> 200), reduced the experience for heroes being embedded by 50% (100 -> 50)
- experience gains for victories and defeats as well as agent actions are slightly adjusted to match other changes
- reduced the experience needed to rank up a unit in battle by roughly 50%
